Hello there! 👋 My name is Matt! I'm thrilled to share my journey with you—a journey that has seamlessly blended creativity, innovation, and a passion for bringing people together.
I was born in the dynamic city of Toronto, where my story unfolded in the bustling downtown core. In the early 2000s, I embarked on a mission that revolutionized the nightlife scene. Back then, the club promotions were all about flyers, but I shook things up with fresh strategies that filled the most popular clubs every weekend. If you witnessed long lines at a downtown club, chances are it was the result of my team's magic. We were known as "Party City Agents," the go-to crew for VIP access and unforgettable nights.
While this lifestyle was exhilarating, I craved more—a deeper connection to storytelling and media. This led me to pursue journalism and television broadcasting, landing me an internship at CityTV. My dream was to work at MuchMusic, but fate had different plans when the format shifted towards reality TV. Yet, I got to be part of a live audience with one of my idols, George Stroumboulopoulos, forever cherishing that experience.
Life then took me on various paths, from mastering sales to becoming a professional consultant, while exploring bars and restaurants globally. Then COVID-19 hit, a time of reflection that revived my early concept for "The Bar Toronto." This was more than just a show idea—I envisioned it as a hub for bar culture.
While diving into the world of cryptocurrency and NFT technology, I discovered an exciting opportunity amid the challenging times. After years of study and attending web3 conferences, inspiration struck. I unlocked the potential of NFT technology for the service and events industries, envisioning a new era of customer interaction and revenue streams. Imagine transforming the way we engage with venues through NFTs, making the experience fun and rewarding.
My goal is to share this vision with venues like bars, clubs, restaurants, and event spaces, helping them connect with customers uniquely. With a production team ready to create captivating video content, we're here to elevate your venue experience and loyalty using NFTs.
